Q2. Is there a service warranty for AC cleaning?
Yes. We offer an industry-leading 90-day warranty. Should any operational issues arise post-service, we provide a complimentary inspection and fix. (Excludes pre-existing installation flaws, aged components, normal wear-and-tear, or structural defects).
Q3. Can AC units over 10 years old still be serviced?
Absolutely. Even for units aged 10 years or older, our full 90-day post-wash warranty remains fully valid.
Q4. What cleaning solutions are used, and are they safe for children and pets?
Spotless exclusively uses 100% non-toxic, pH-neutral, and eco-friendly detergents imported from Japan and Australia. SGS-certified, biodegradable, and completely safe for infants and pets. Treatments are paired with German Kärcher® high-temperature steam sterilization for deep hygiene.
Q5. Are there additional transport surcharges for on-site visits?
Transport fees vary by district: New Territories (HK$150) | **Kowloon** (HK$ 180) | Hong Kong Island (HK$230) | **HK Island South** (HK$ 280) | Discovery Bay (HK$350). *Surcharges may apply for walk-up staircases or long-distance path handling.

We service all districts across Hong Kong, including the New Territories, Kowloon, Hong Kong Island, HK Island South, and Discovery Bay.
Q7. What happens if an technician determines an AC unit is unsuitable for cleaning on-site?
If a unit is deemed unsuitable for washing upon inspection, or if a client cancels on-site, a standard HK$350 administrative fee per unit applies. The same HK$350 inspection fee applies if unannounced ceiling heights or site discrepancies prevent work, requiring a rescheduled appointment.

Q9. What payment methods are accepted?
Full payment is due immediately upon service completion and client sign-off via cash or designated e-payment methods. All paid fees are non-refundable.
Q10. How are services handled during severe weather?
Operations pause automatically if Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect. Our team will contact you promptly to reschedule.
Q11. What is included in the Dust Mite Extraction service, and how much does it cost?
Covers mattresses, pillows, duvets, sofas, L-shaped sofas, carpets, and drapes via high-temperature extraction, stain removal, sanitization, and air purification. Mattress deep-cleaning starts from HK$1,190 (up to HK$1,580 for Super King). Add-on pillow treatments start from **HK$ 80 / piece**. Enjoy a 20% discount when bundled with deep cleaning packages. Service duration: 1 to 2 hours.
Q12. What are the rates for Move-In / Move-Out Deep Cleaning?
Pricing is calculated by spatial footprint:

Q13. How is Formaldehyde Remediation verified?
Spaces and cabinetry are sealed for 1 hour prior to treatment to baseline VOC levels and map out a tailored plan. Upon completion, spaces are sealed again for 1 hour to record post-treatment readings alongside you. Single furniture treatment is HK$350 / item (includes complimentary HK$800 air testing); whole-home packages start from HK$1,500 (up to 300 sq. ft.).
Q14. What items fall outside the standard cleaning scope?
Standard cleaning excludes: areas under low furniture/sofas inaccessible by vacuum nozzles; laundering, ironing, or folding clothes/bedding; exterior windows and external wall surfaces; cabinet and wardrobe interiors (unless cleared, in which case vacuuming and mopping are included); outdoor courtyards/yards (entryways only); moving heavy furniture; organizing personal clutter (toys, books, shoes); hand-washing dishes (dishwasher loading only); and removing books from shelving.
Spotless Home Service – 服務細則
歡迎使用 Spotless Home Service（下稱「本公司」）之專業清洗服務。顧客在預約或接受服務時，即表示同意並受以下條款及細則約束：
1. 服務評估與專業判定
本公司保留判斷顧客之冷氣設備是否適合進行清洗服務的最終決定權。
在清洗前的檢查過程中，技術人員可能無法發現所有潛在的機件故障或老化問題。如在清洗中或清洗後發現其他需維修之項目，本公司將視之為額外工程並另行報價，不承擔相關維修責任。
2. 行政費用與取消政策
現場評估費： 如技術人員經檢查後判定冷氣機不適合清洗，或顧客於現場決定不進行清洗，本公司將收取每部 HKD$350 之行政費用。
取消與爽約： 如顧客於約定當日爽約即視為取消合約，且所有已繳付之訂金及服務費將不獲退還。
3. 額外服務收費
搬運與交通費： 如服務地址需經樓梯搬運工具或步行長距離小徑，將視乎情況另議收費。
（以下為上門附加交通收費（中文），可直接對客使用：
新界（NT）：$150｜九龍（KL）：$180｜港島（HK）：$230｜港島南區（Southside）：$280｜愉景灣（DB）：$350
室外工程： 若清洗室外機需搭建棚架，相關費用由顧客承擔。
4. 顧客配合義務
空間準備： 顧客須在服務前清除障礙物並提供足夠的工作空間。
水電供應： 顧客須於服務期間免費提供不間斷的自來水及電源。
若因上述環境因素導致無法施工，將視為「決定不即時清洗」，並按條款 2 收取行政費。
5. 付款條款
即時結清： 服務完成後，顧客須即時以現金或指定的電子支付方式向技術人員全數繳清費用。所有已支付費用不設退款。
6. 保養與賠償限制
售後保養： 清洗服務完成後享有 90 天保養期。
保養排除項目： 保養範圍不包括因冷氣機本身安裝不良、零件老化、耗損或結構問題引致的故障。
損毀賠償： 若因本公司員工疏忽導致顧客財物損毀，本公司最高賠償額為該次服務總金額之 100%。
7. 惡劣天氣安排
若天文台發出 八號或以上颱風信號 或 黑色暴雨警告，所有預約將會暫停，本公司將聯繫顧客另行安排服務日期。
8. 法律與修訂權
本合約受香港特別行政區法律管轄。
Spotless Home Service 保留隨時變更、刪除或增加本條款之權利，變更於公佈後即時生效。
如有任何爭議，Spotless Home Service 保留最終決定權。
